Roman's Pizza Jabulani Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Went to Roman's Jabulani Mall In The Rain Craving Pizza, though I got there at 20:45 I was told that the shop closes at 20:00 when I asked. I went on to mention closing time according to Online enquiry confirmed it to be 21:00 I was then told it was because of Loadshedding and that Ovens No Longer Function as they should.

When I went on to mention that I'd be reporting this, Pamela who was working on this particular evening of the 6th of January together with the staff thought I was amusing and openly laughed at my dissatisfaction. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Whilst I mentioned the Group Gentlemen that were comfortably seated enjoying their Pizza and how it was impossible that they would have received their Pizza before 20:00 I was made to seem Delusional.

I went to the store today, I was served by a male who had a pink mask on, I had no problem with him wearing it but it made it hard for me to hear what he was saying, and he was very impatient with me and rushing me to decide. Also the other thing is the music was EXTREMELY LOUD, that’s another reason I couldn’t hear what he was saying, and we (customers) had trouble hearing the lady who was calling the order numbers because of this loud music. Very bad service at Romans pizza in Jabulani mall.On Friday i order a pizza on the MrD app for collection unfortunately I got to the store late and the store was closed and i would only be able to pick up the following day around 17:00 because of work and i called the mid-day just to alert them.

But to my surprise when i got to the store  i was giving the same pizza made  the previous day  it was open still in the pan not even boxed.
