We were happy to see the Roman's Pizza sign go up in our area. We ordered over the counter. It was the first end of the month Friday after this new branch opened. The service was very good and friendly. With Roman's being a franchise you know what to expect and we were not disappointed. Trust the service will remain this good. Will call again.

We were happy to see the Roman's Pizza sign go up in our area. We ordered over the counter. It was the first end of the month Friday after this new branch opened. We went to visit people in Pretoria. Because romans pizza is so popular in our town, we decided to surprise them with pizza pies from romans pizza that we ordered from silverlakes romans pizza over the phone and collect at 13h15.

When we arrived at the people, 13h36 we saw that the x8 pizza pies were damaged and broken because it was pressed inside the pizza boxes.

The Margherita mushroom mix was definitely not right, and the person who ate it got diarrhea and an upset stomach afterwards, which is still not under control. The time now is 21h18.

Just want you to know, be careful, not all franchises are the same with their food preparation and handling.

Terrible Customer Service! We ordered food online at 18:30 and it took an hour for it to even leave the store. I called back at 19:30 asking for it and they said they’ll give me a call back and I received nothing! Had to leave the house to go collect my order at 20:00 just to be told it should be on the way they left and have a lot of deliveries! Now I am expected to receive COLD food because the drive left over 40 minutes ago and hasn’t delivered my food! Right next to me was another customer who has been waiting for an hour also for his food and watched other people get theirs. I do understand it can get busy with orders but today was totally unacceptable. Customer...
