KFC Silver Lakes — Restaurant in Gauteng

The worst KFC ever. They gave me the wrong order all after making me wait forever. The staff also submit fraudulent reviews of the store to avoid suspicion. When i was there a member of staff came to me and asked me to complete the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I agreed as i went through the survey. They hovered over me and clicked the values for me. They made the store seem better than it was and even praised themselves. I also saw another staff member hold on to the receipts after customers got their orders for what i assume is to fill in surveys as customers. We ordered on MrD (this is not MrD's fault). KFC accepted the order and never made the order, and an hour and a half later I had to call MrD customer care so that they can tell me what is going on. The order was assigned a new driver who was waiting for the food to be completed and it never happened. We found out it should have been cancelled more than half an hour before I called and they never cancelled the order. My wife is pregnant and that was her only craving! Went through the drive-thru and had a HORRIBLE experience! The lady that took our order was rude to say the least. She didn't have the audacity to tell us how much our order will cost or if we can move to the next window.

When we got to the next window to make payment, she didn't greet us and was busy with another customer. All we heard was we don't have lose coins and that's it!!
