Steers Silver Oaks — Restaurant in Gauteng

Absolutely disgusting. I never buy from Steers and today I have been reminded why not. Walking into the store Bobo was standing behind the counter picking her nose. Zeezee was laying on her arms behind the counter as if she had a rough night. I ordered ice cream and asked Bobo to wash her hands as she was about to serve me the ice cream I ordered. She then disappeared under the counter and back about to serve the ice cream. I requested to see where she washed her hands and she showed me a filthy bucket of water under the counter. Disgusting Clearly there is NO protocol and no health and safety measurements ( see pic) and NO supervision at this store. The owner has clearly no idea what is going on in his store. Even the 1 is too much. We ordered through MrD. Order never arrived. Seems someone they are not able to track collected but never delivered. We were told to come through to the shop to pick where were made to wait for over an hour without being helped while new ordered were taken and delivered on. No monies refunded though Steers Silver Oaks were able to see the payment on its books

Fastforward 2 months later, we order through ubereats, again food collected by a certain Ernst whom is not known to the restaurant other than his name. Food not delivered. Again not refund.

Ordered a steak burger and salad! An hour later after a call to the store my raw cold food arrived ! Another poor performance!

One and a half hours for an order to be delivered! Food Does not arrive after 5 calls to store! People pretend to not be able to hear you when u call store! Told order on route driver left long ago! Drove to the store ! Order lost no stock of chips ! Reordered food! Staff more interested in closing and pretending to work than sorting out orders! Loads of people in store complaining. Must be the worst...
