Good day, It's with great regret that I'm writing this review. Yesterday evening, Sunday 30 July 2017, I ordered two large pizzas online. I asked for it to be delivered at 18h15. At 19h00, I phoned to inquire about my order since It wasn't delivered yet. The lady who answered the phone told me that they never received my order. This was very odd because I was sitting with two confirmations as well an order number. She phoned me back after five minutes to tell me that they actually did receive my order and that the driver was on his way. By the time the driver arrived, now already one hour late with my delivery, the pizzas were cold, the dots on the boxes were black, and it seemed as if the pizzas were standing for quite a while for the one box was wet en the pizza was soggy. We really did not enjoy this experience at all. I however have to mention that I have been ordering form the same branch for quite a while now and this was the first time that I experienced such bad service. Bought a triple decker topped for R249 after asking the cashier to recommend something for me. The box was super light for triple decker but because I was in a hurry didn’t even check.
