In this day and age of doom and gloom, there is definitely a golden, good side of humanity and a feel good moment! This was demonstrated by Reginah and her staff on duty 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I somehow managed to leave my wallet behind, when I ordered some take-aways earlier this evening. Imagine my surprise when I received a call to inform me that I must please come and fetch the wallet 🫣 Reginah found my contact details via a loyalty card and going the extra mile by requesting assistance from that particular store. This review is more about the pizza than the outlet. I will not ever order the sava flava range ever again. TWICE now it's the dryest pizza scantily topped I've ever had. Think i understand why the call it sava flava. You get the pizza flava, but when it comes to decent toppings, Roman's seems to be the ones doing the sava. Be warned. Verry bad service. Ordered our pizza about 5:30 pm. Had to follow up 3 times it is now 7:50 stil did not recieve out food.

First excuse driver lost the slip with the address

Second exuse they where ad the gate. Try to phones. Did not even hoot. We where sitting with our phones next to us so we can see when the pizza will arive.

Almost 2 hour waiting time. And we live about 5 min from this franchise.

I refuse to pay for such a bad...
