I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at your drive-thru. We only ordered two ice creams, but the service was shockingly slow because the employee at the window was too busy having a personal chat with the customer ahead of us. We waited a ridiculous five minutes while they continued their conversation, with no effort from the employee to ask the customer to move along, despite us honking to get their attention.
When we finally got to the window and pointed out the unacceptable delay and lack of respect for other customers, the employee’s response was a dismissive "I'm sorry." It's clear she didn’t care at all. Frankly, it’s infuriating that someone with so little regard for her job and customers even has a position when there are countless people who would actually appreciate and take pride in their work.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope serious action is taken...

Needed to drive all the way back wasting my time and fuel. they added the cheese and at this time it's gone cold already reaching home. I lost in this result but i would rather loose in time and fuel then giving them free money for poor service. Advice all to check your orders before leaving to ensure the staff did their work as it seems like they dont care about customers. Also by paying cash they never give you that 10c or 20c change as the teller will say they don't have change (experience this many times and expect them to start managing their staff and store right. A 10c per client for a 1000 clients they rob/collected R100 so also Ensure you get your last cent and rather give it to those in need and not the greedy) this was to the point...

Especially from the female manager, she doesn't know how to talk to customers or treat them right. I've had a bad call experience with her twice and today I've been waiting for food for 2 hours just for a quarter chicken Last time I was flying out of the country and they made me wait over 40 minutes for food, the other time I ordered on the phone and they told me to come in 15 minutes and when I got there the manager told me she hasn't ordered my food because she wasn't sure if I would come collect it then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and the order was wrong on top of that.
