Tiger's Milk Bryanston — Restaurant in Gauteng

I'm sitting here watching the Boks against Ireland. The service is really bad. We didn't book a table but one lady was amazing on arrival and helped me move a table to where we could have a view of the screen. I then went to check inside and found a table There was no one in sight to assist. I eventually went to the guy at the door who seemed like he is in charge wearing a green Ireland shirt, reluctantly he assisted and said we could take a table. We struggled to get a waiter to take our order. Eventually he came. We ordered water and drinks and he came back 10 minutes later with water and to tell me that the drink I ordered is not in stock. I ordered something else. It never came. 30 minutes later, still no drink. I went and ordered and paid at the bar. He came back 42 minutes later with the wrong drink and upset that I ordered my drink at the bar. Our pizza was dropped off by someone else who said they would bring our cutlery. Luckily we had ordered Pizza because the cutlery plates and servietes never came. We ate with our hands and used our pockets tissues. We had a family join our table because there was no space elsewhere. We are watching them get served with amazing service by someone else. The barman who helped me was awesome. When we got there it was super nice, very vibey so much so that the hostess could not find us a table. We were first seated outside in the cold and told we would be moved inside once a table opened up. We were then seated inside but where asked to move for a larger party of people. We were then placed at another table ( a smaller one) we left to go to the bathroom and asked both the waiter and hostess to make sure our table is kept, upon returning our table was taken and our drinks left on the table with the new people who where now sitting there (which could have been a spiking risk for two females out alone) our hostess then asked if we would like to join the random males she had now put on OUR table. We just wanted a girls night out so we ended up being moved outside again in the cold , the fact that she put men on our table when we clearly only wanted to be the two of us (as we asked for our table to be kept) we found very disrespectful (The assumption that we would be looking or interested in joining RANDOM men) Please review your staff management and do not give away tables that have been already given to your customers as it leaves a very bad stench on...

I recently dined at Tiger's Milk Bryanston with a few mates, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was great, but what truly made the evening special was the top-notch service and the incredible food.

Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She offered fantastic recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Every request was met with a smile, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making our experience memorable.

The manager also made a point to check on us during our meal, which was a wonderful personal touch. Showed some real enthusiasm to ensure we have a great time. You can tell that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and the level of professionalism from the entire staff was remarkable.

And the food? Simply outstanding! You can taste the care and quality in every dish, and the presentation was as beautiful as the taste.
