What a lovely find ! I really enjoyed this new find .The staff are absolutely phenomenal, so friendly & efficient!

I asked for a sandwich without tomato and they gladly assisted with such great speed , it was barely a minute and my corburger & cappuccino were ready. I was so pleasantly surprised as most places take forever to make a simple cappuccino. I can not stress enough how important service is and these guys totally made my day with their fabulous positive friendly attitude. Service goes a long way . Often can make or a break a place.

I do enjoy the variety of freshly made snacks such as the wraps, sandwichs and of course the muffins and corburgers ! Also an added note is that everything is fresh ! Not stale or old or from the day before. Absolute quality, most impressed with their range and their quality of food . Again another BIGGIE for customers. Thank you for the fresh goodies!

I was also rather chuffed to see they stock the PURA brand water which I absolutely love .

So all in all win /win all the way . And the bedt part of it all , my lunch literally cost 111 Rands and it truly was quality 👌. So yeah I will be frequenting at this store far more often going forward. Dare I say the rest of the complex cappuccino have met their competition!

Usually the staff's disdain is bearable when my team and i order drinks or muffins.

However 08:40 on 26 June I visited the Farrarmere branch and asked when the toasties in the fridge were made. They advised around 6:00 when they got in. As it's about 3 hours later, I asked for a fresh sandwich to please be made because I do not prefer reheating a sandwich and sitting for 3 hours means the bread will be soggy. The staff asked me what's wrong with the cold one and I explained And they blankly said no and that there's nothing wrong with the ones in the fridge and then continued cleaning I said, but im a customer and they just brushed me off again After a 3rd ask i left

Love the little Vida e caffe, but will no longer support the one at Farrarmere Square. Music is so loud, they can't hear you, nothing against a good vibe and a few drums in my ear, but your utter rudeness I had enough off. Got mycorder wrong, as I paid for a grande cuppuccino received a smaller cup, then I corrected her by showing my slip, then she gives me attitude, then not to mention her colleague as well, and I dare not ask did you put the oat milk in. Sorry I will take my vibe, and my order to Oakfields, they are much more nicer...
