Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am so disappointed with Wimpy at West end in Pretoria west normally called Quagga centre. Ever SINCE i had been there they don't have a toaster they put their bread on a grill and I was craving for a best toast ever that i usually get from other Wimpy branches.I also needed some milk shake they told me their machine was broken and it hss been a month.To add salt into the wounds my children ordered on kids menu a combo where they were expected to get toys after meals as usual.They were told there are no toys.I could feel their disappointment and they were close to tear and told me why do i have to bring them there as this was not the first time they did that to them.It happened for the second time.I will never ever set my foot there again and i will never encourage anyone to have meals...

Oh yeah, highly disappointed so went dar with vouchers asked before hand if they use them to lady that was working at the front and her response was yes..ordered ate..boom when it's time to use the vouchers am told that the system is off and I have to pay cash!sat dar for an hour waiting for the system to come back online..reported the customer care to assist but zero assistance from them until the manager suggested that I leave my IDENTITY DOCUMENT at the store and vouchers so that they can use them when the system comes on..a whole ID mind you I reside at lotus so which means I had to spend on petrol the next day..highly disappointed..oh yeah onthat day there were no chips whiles we ordered burgers but got replaced with onion rings nice save...

I had been craving the Big Champion burger for over a week but kept putting off getting one. Today, after seven long days, I finally treated myself at Wimpy Quagga—and oh boy, was I disappointed!

First off, whoever prepared my order clearly didn’t care about presentation. Even with the stick meant to hold it together, the burger was completely skewed. It was a mess—patties, sauces, everything just thrown together. And to make matters worse, it didn’t even taste like the Big Champion I know and love.

I’m so frustrated because I can’t even complain; it just doesn’t make sense why people don’t take their jobs seriously. Every order should matter just as much as the first one of the day when energy and effort are at...
