Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

We lunched at Wimpy, Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein today. What pathetic service. Roasted cheese and tomato, instead of toasted. Warm milk instead of cold milk. A waitress with an attitude.The lady at the till throwing a tantrum, after three gentlemen left, without being serviced. Shouting ' ' julle kan maar loop', after they left. A chef serving the bread, not neatly in quarters, just sliced in half, without any garnish and almost no cheese. It looked unedible and it was. Not buttered, just touches of butter in the middle. Horrible!! I went there with my daughter last night and it was the worst service that I had ever received from any Wimpy by far. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it tasted disgusting like they used sour milk to make it and my daughter's fish fingers were hard as rocks. When I complained they did not take me seriously and insisted that there was no problem - I was very upset and to make things worse when we were leaving they did not give my daughter a toy and when I asked them for one they said they did not have any without even looking, I wish I could give then zero stars instead of 1 - We will never ever eat...

False advertising, they had saviets that said you can access free wifi, when I asked Sylvester the waiter who was serving me the code for the wifi he told me it was not working. I asked him why they are doing false advertising with their saviets and all he could say was that he will escalate to management. I was really irritated as when I came in I told him that I wanted a great spot where I could have good wifi coverage and he still led me to a table knowing they do not have wifi as they claimed,I did tell him though as I left that I will complain and he just looked more...
