Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

Worst service and worst meal ever... After ordering the meaty meal and confirming the order thrice, I still got the mega meal, but just that. The chips had fried pieces of plastic in, the chicken straps were tasteless and did not have a sauce as shown, the 5mm thick tjops were frozen in parts, the boerie piece was one of the worst boerewors ever tasted, the onion rings were cold, and this is just my meal. My wife ordered chicken livers and then they did not have, then ordered a rib and schnitzel meal, she had done with most of her meal when her spinach and pumpkin arrived, onion rings cold, rib patty overcooked an cold...

All around, the worst meal I have ever had at any establishment... it took 3 minutes to seat us, 35 minutes before our drinks order was taken ( 2 x lemonades) 45 minutes before our ill-prepared food was brought to the table, then the waitron asks if I would like something hot like tobasco or something similar. I said yes, and I am still waiting for that to arrive.

Steer clear of this restaurant if at all possible, spur across the road is a much better bet... he'll eating at home would...

We got a table immediately when we arrived and the waiter was very friendly. The problem is that there were too many flaws to get a better rating. First the waiter forgot the order so it meant all that time was wasted the first time. Then my mango juice was sour, the juice was clearly expired. I asked the person I was with to taste (they agreed) and the waitress(he accept what I said) . I sent it back to the kitchen and decided to get a hot chocolate instead since they don't have ice tea even though it's on the menu. The food was standard wimpy style, what you see on the add is whst you get. I ordered extra avo that annoyingly came out a few minutes after the food was...

Customer service was very bad..Waiter didn’t even usher us to our table or let alone tell us his name. After ordering we waiting for roughly 30 minutes to get the food

The side plate that comes wit knifes and forks was covered with mustard and he just placed it on the table till we called him to replace it hence it was dirty

Food arrived and we were told drinks are on the way. halfway through the plate drinks came and that was 20 minutes after

When we asked for the bill the waiter didn’t bother asking wether is cash or card and when we told him it’s card we waiting another 10 minutes for the card machine

Will not be returning here...
