KFC Shelley Beach — Restaurant in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

I had to wait 37 minutes for a street wise 4. 3 people who ordered after me where served before me. I am the one who had to go and ask from the till what was taking long 2 times, initially the meat was coming in 3 minutes and after about 10 minutes it was coming out in 10 minutes which ended up being more than 20 minutes.

What irritated me the most was that the KFC staff was informing each other about their delay but not me the customer who was inside the store.

Oh when I asked what was taking long, I was informed that only small pieces were available, in my understanding wings and drumsticks are small pieces and thighs and side breasts are big pieces, again I was not asked if I would prefer those as alternatives, no, 37 minutes for a KFC that's not full and service others who came after...

Went for the first time in years as we usually go to Pedro's or Tiago's. We ordered dunked wings, a box master and some chips. Pity that the whole order was messed up and we only realised once we arrived home. We used the drive thru, and tried to check the order in the car, but it was a bit dark and the box master was closed in any case. Doubt we will go there again.

Well Kfc is Kfc, you will never go wrong on the hot zinger wings and their variety of Ice creams ,that's what I basically go there for. I am from a place where we stand in queues for every little thing and the service is not that good in most there. When I was in Shelly Beach Kfc on 2 occasions, the drive tru was so packed but the service was quick and the staff was really friendly. When people are working under pressure they turn to get annoyed quick or pay little attention to those they offering service to, so I commend Shelly Beach Kfc for their excellent service. Keep up...
