Fishaways — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review of store I once gave a 5 star rating too. Placed my online order at 16:58pm to arrive in store and find out my order was not prepared bearing in mind the store absolutely dead.

Only for the cashier to take payment and ask me to wait after telling me sorry and was unable to give me a reason why it was not ready.

Apparently just like everything else in South Africa nothing is consistent. When management is away staff slack off.

I did mention to them that I was going to complain. They watched me type out this review while preparing my food , sadly after I ate that meal, I became extremely sick. Possible that they did sabotage my food.

Playing with some ones food is not a game. The cook on duty needs to questioned and a full investigation should be done by Fishaways pavilion.

Sadly I will not be supporting this store going forward and if you do not want a similar experience, take your hard earned money and go to...

Extremely disappointed felt like something else with the variety of shops at the food court didn't want to order from the other larger restaurants that is renowned for theire seafood so opted for Fishaways large squiggly snack box. The portion was very small, the squid heads was non existent and it was more deep fried batter. Won't order...

I ordered through Mr Dr App the 16 pieces sushi platter with salmon roses and those rose where bad as in Brown... They wanted to kill me with this food ... I really don't understand what like of disrespect is this to send out something like this out of the kitchen to be eaten by another human being... Shame on Fishaways...
