I am extremely disappointed at the attitude of your staff. I joined the line to enter your establishment. I stood for approximately 15 minutes, and in this time no one attended to me. The people in front of me were taken inside to be seated and I assumed I would be next to be seated. A group of people came from behind me and your staff member who said his name is Jesus immediately went to them. I then called Jesus and asked him why he and 3 other staff that were standing at the door had ignored me. His response was that I did not greet him.
I have been to your store on many occasions and when I get to the door, the staff always greet and ask how many, and let us know if there is a waiting period. Jesus apparently thinks he is doing me a favor. When I asked who is the manager, he said he is. I asked for the owner and he said the owner is overseas. I was then directed to another man who said I wasn't addressed because the staff thought I was with the party in front. So is it because I didn't greet or because they assumed I'm with another party?
I asked for a phone number for the owner and was given a number that belongs to a sanele or Brown. Disgusting attitudes. I will never visit this establishment again. they give the franchise a poor name.

Read moreI was there yesterday with my family and my kids always prefer this restaurant but yesterday was a total disappointment. Firstly sauces were placed on our table then another waitress comes and takes it away for another table but it was ok coz our food hadn't arrived. Then we had placed our order of ribs which we were gona share as our starters but as our main meals we chose burgers from the limited edition. Our meals comes but not my son's, we kept waiting and it never arrived, when we queried we told the kitchen is still sorting it out. Till the time we left his meal never came, how do you do that to a child. We called your manager and had to ask for his meal not to be added to our bill. Your standards are dropping and is certainly not a family restaurant. There was complete chaos with orders as the table next to us as well had their orders mixed up as well... and it's a lame excuse to say the waiter is a trainee coz doesn't he give the order to the kitchen to prepare. Also we queried about the limited edition special as it's advertised with redbull but apparently the special is not with the redbull. False...
