RocoMamas Pavillion - Halaal — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I am extremely disappointed at the attitude of your staff. I joined the line to enter your establishment. I stood for approximately 15 minutes, and in this time no one attended to me. The people in front of me were taken inside to be seated and I assumed I would be next to be seated. A group of people came from behind me and your staff member who said his name is Jesus immediately went to them. I then called Jesus and asked him why he and 3 other staff that were standing at the door had ignored me. His response was that I did not greet him.

I have been to your store on many occasions and when I get to the door, the staff always greet and ask how many, and let us know if there is a waiting period. Jesus apparently thinks he is doing me a favor. When I asked who is the manager, he said he is. I asked for the owner and he said the owner is overseas. I was then directed to another man who said I wasn't addressed because the staff thought I was with the party in front. So is it because I didn't greet or because they assumed I'm with another party?

I asked for a phone number for the owner and was given a number that belongs to a sanele or Brown. Disgusting attitudes. I will never visit this establishment again. they give the franchise a poor name.

I was there yesterday with my family and my kids always prefer this restaurant but yesterday was a total disappointment. Firstly sauces were placed on our table then another waitress comes and takes it away for another table but it was ok coz our food hadn't arrived. Then we had placed our order of ribs which we were gona share as our starters but as our main meals we chose burgers from the limited edition. Our meals comes but not my son's, we kept waiting and it never arrived, when we queried we told the kitchen is still sorting it out. Till the time we left his meal never came, how do you do that to a child. We called your manager and had to ask for his meal not to be added to our bill. Your standards are dropping and is certainly not a family restaurant. There was complete chaos with orders as the table next to us as well had their orders mixed up as well... and it's a lame excuse to say the waiter is a trainee coz doesn't he give the order to the kitchen to prepare. Also we queried about the limited edition special as it's advertised with redbull but apparently the special is not with the redbull. False...

Sunday 2 March Rocomamas Pavilion Durban I ordered the This way and That way special and asked for a takeaway of Wings then when I was done I told my waiter I was leaving please bring my bill paid everything and included my tip,she never brought the takeaway I assumed they didn’t make the takeaway I only realised when I was in my uber that I paid for it so I called in so she explained to me some story so I asked to get it,I was told it’s been sold at 18:49 there is no point,I was shocked it should’ve put aside I might return I had to tell the lady on the phone what a bad service so clearly made me pay for their own lunch no wonder my waiter who’s a lady who’s a foreigner was not giving me attention or checking up on me I had to wave nd ask other waiters to help every time I needed attention with adding more food…Such bad service or maybe I looked Gullible I really don’t know but I paid for a takeaway and tip for no...
