KFC Durban North (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star, I kept holding back from reporting them because I've had endless issues with this kfc, I've ordered supper from the kfc app at 7h45pm upon numerous amount of calls, not even one call from the store to give me an update with regards to my food, I've waited 4 hrs to get my food which came cold and soggy, the store had also given me the wrong order, they are so unprofessional and so unethical that they talk to you as if they your friend, honestly this is the worse kfc I've ever seen, and the lady kept blaming the driver when it was the stores fault!!!!!
