Great place, fresh and tasty food, very friendly staff. At first, three waiters came and welcomed us and asked us if we would like something. They're a very friendly bunch. My wife and I decided to share a starter, but her meal was brought before our starter. That was a bit weird, but we finished the starter, and then she finished her meal. After a long time, I wanted to ask the waiter why I didn't get my food, but he didn't come back for a long time. When I went and called him and asked where my food was he said he didn't realize I ordered a meal, he thought the starter was my meal. Then I had to wait a long time for my meal to be prepared. I just wonder how effective the idea of filling in the pamphlet is if the waiter and the kitchen missed the meal. We usually go to restaurant walking distance from there, and they write our order down and never had a problem. I was tempted to give a one star but I think they deserve a much better rating. We had an incredible afternoon at Rocomamas Durban North, thanks to our hostess, Zama. Her attentive and knowledgeable service made all the difference.

Zama ensured our comfort by closing doors to keep the wind out and efficiently handling our toddler's meal. She also introduced us to the app and exceeded our expectations.
