McDonald's Queenstown — Restaurant in Lukhanji Local Municipality

I ordered 2 x HM, 1 sausage mcmuffin meall and 2 qtr cheese meal. Drive thru cashier asked me if the toys are for boys or girls. I responded with girls pls. When I collected, I gave my slip to the runner and told him my 1st time ordering in drive thru I was given 1 fries short. The 2nd time I ordered, I was given 1 drink short. He asked me when was that, I said last week, however, I don't want those short items, I just want him to double check my current order before giving them to me. He replied with ok. He gave me my 2 HM then my sausage mcmuffin meal then he was giving me back my slip and he said thank you. I asked him, where are the rest of my order, then he took my slip back. I also told him he didn't even give me the toys. That's when he replied that the toys, i must come Monday to collect. I asked why no one told me that? He said the cashier was supposed to tell me?? Really?? I told him the cashier said NOTHING, she asked me causally it it's a boy or a girl toy, that's it. A management came and I told her what happened, she literally just repeated what the runner said. Then I ask her, where the rest of my order, the qtr cheese meal, then she grab the packet and gave me and she said it was still not done, i told her no, the runner gave me back the slip and already said thanks, he only prepared the qtr cheese AFTER I asked Where are the rest of my order.

I left as the children behind me were getting restless. Come home eating time, I got more upset to find out THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE 2 DRINKS OF THE 2 QTR CHEESE MEAL!

Your service is the worst, ever. 3 times I came to buy, 3 times I come home with short order?? I gave you the benefit of the doubt even though I queued an hour on both occasions on the 1st 2 short orders thinking it's festive season, but today, at 9am when it's not busy, no queues and still you mess...

Me and my colleagues went to get a quite bite in this Mcdonald and also some restroom break as well due to long journey from East London. We placed our order and head to the restroom for bladder relief but to our surprise the restroom is out of order and they tell us to go to the garage and use their restroom instead. Since its out of order we don't really have a choice but to head the call, so we brave the chilly morning and head to the garage; again to our surprise the garage restroom is closed probably due to their operating hours still to come. Now we are in a predicament of were to relive ourselves, we decided to do it old school by the nearby bush. Now a days if you get an excellent services you must be grateful and celebrate. Its frustrating but what can you do, pity that the shop is very new and for it to be out of order is mind boggling. All in all my experience with this McDonald is horrible and frustrating that I forget about my food...

I e been a number of times...They get the orders incorrect and the lady doesnt apologize, she just looks at you as if you put the wrong food in there. I received a dry big mac with no sauce, one patty was missing and the buns were turned upside down. On both burgers- I ended up throwing mine and my daughters burgers in the bin - I dont understand how they can serve paying customers food like that! Was so disgusted and disappointed....But then again it is the Eastern Cape so one can...
