I just had the worst experience from a crew member called Mosima, I went to MCD just before 11 to grab a Big Mac as I get to the intercom I spoke a girl that was very dismissive we said hello back and forth like 4 times but the communication wasn't clear then she rudely said 'motho O ga batlo bua' ( this person doesn't want to speak) at this point you could hear that she's walking away from the intercom.
Another lady quickly attended me I placed my order and asked her who was on the intercom before and she said Mosima I asked to speak to her and she said you will find her on the next window..
I came here looking for a meal not a confrontation
I get to the next window I explain to Mosima how she should have addressed the intercom issue and she rolls her eyes at me while looking at the time as if to tell me she wants to knock off.. At this point I feel patronized by Mosima's service and apology that she gave before shutting the window in my face an laughing with the chef who was so caught up in his colleagues drama that he didn't salt my fries only Lord knows how the burger is like..
Bottom line is I am not happy with today's service I am not happy with the way Mosima talks about her clients when she thinks she's off the micro phone I am not happy with how the crew made me feel like I was I joke. I have never been treated like this at this particular store

My husband and I visit my brother-in-law in Pretoria, who has dementia once a month, and we always go to McDonald's Harties for a meal. We've been doing this for about 3 years. Yesterday, firstly, the chillie cheese burger meal was no longer on the menu. Then, after sitting in the drive-through queue for 20 minutes, the cashier didn't know how to operate the speed point. He obviously had no clue what he was doing and somehow canceled the order. Another employer appeared at the window and told us we'd have to re-order. My husband went inside to re-order. He was there for well over half an hour. Our order kept moving from "Now preparing" to "Now serving." Fries were mediocre, burgers were soggy. Read moreAbsolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 Caramel sender's + a apple pie. Got to the window and the order was incorrect neither of the sundaes had the extra caramel that had been orders and paid for. So we were asked to park and wait. The sundaes finally came out 10 minutes later not having been remade. The extras had been added to the now melted icecream which just overflowed everywhere when you removed the lid to eat it. You can imagine the sticky mess + no Napkins.
