Good day. I had a bad experience. My sister was visiting from far. I wanted to treat her to something nice. I ordered the tripple cheese burger that was adverrised on the bill bord in the facility. It was the Get real cheese burger tripple for R 59.90. I asked for 4. And 4 meduim chips. Also 4 milkshakes. So i've should have paid R239.60 for the burgers. Do not know the price of the meduim chips. And the milkshake was R34.90 that equals R139.60. All together should have cost me a total of R550 at least. Instead i was charged R144 a burger ( Big Mac) Not what i ordered. Speniding R739.10. Way over my budget. I end up saying nothing because it was busy and staff was friendly. Went after 6pm to avoid rush. When I got there it was not busy at all. Normal flow of business. Waited 40minutes for wacky Wednesday burger. When people with higher number started to receive their orders I enquired. I got excuses that chicken takes longer etc. When I received my take away after 40min I enquired about the salt, sauce and serviette. I was rudely told everything was in parcel. She also rolled her eyes at me ... very impolite. When I got home the salt, sauce and serviettes were NOT...

I had a bad meal experience...twice in a row. I ordered and paid for a King Steer Big Bacon and I received a burger with no bacon. What a disappointment. The bad thing is that I saw it when I'm already at home ready to eat. To think that I have to drive back to the store and waste my petrol again is just not worth it. The first time it happened I could say they were busy and made a mistake. But today I definitely can't make an excuse for you guys. I guess I'll find another place...
