Exceptional Service and Ambiance at Vovo Telo

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the truly amazing space at Vovo Telo, and my overall impression was overwhelmingly positive. Notably, the outstanding service provided by the waiter, Sharon, added a special touch to the visit, exemplifying kindness and exceptional hospitality.

Several aspects of the experience stood out as positive highlights. The food, while tasting like a typical breakfast, was executed well – the fresh avo and eggs cooked to perfection were particular highlights. The coffee, with a special nod to the Vietnamese Coffee, was a delightful treat, offering a unique and delicious flavor profile.

The ambiance of Vovo Telo contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere was truly happy and comfortable, creating a welcoming space for patrons.

However, it's worth noting that the tap water tasted peculiar, contrasting with the otherwise excellent culinary offerings.

In conclusion, my visit to Vovo Telo was marked by exceptional service, delectable food, and a delightful ambiance. I recommend this venue for those seeking a memorable and enjoyable...

What Vovo Telo has been able to accomplish as a franchise is very rare. It feels every bit as artisanal, rustic and organic as a mom and pop eatery you’d stumble upon in a tiny town. Beautiful origin story as well, with the owners having an epiphany during a holiday in Madagascar (it’s named after the hotel they stayed in at the time)

The service is excellent, to begin with and the waiters are generally helpful and charming. I ordered a watermelon G&T fizz cocktail to start, and it was delightful. I tend to have a hard time with large cocktails because the sugar content is always ridiculous, but this was more conservative on the syrups and/or sugars while being flavourful and refreshing. For my breakfast, I had the poached eggs and chicken livers with a side of bacon. It was a perfect meal. The croissants were flaky, buttery but dense, the chicken livers were smothered in a mild, tomato based sauce which didn’t need heavy seasoning to lend it any flavor. The eggs and bacon tasted farm fresh! All this for a very, very reasonable price.

The whole experience was nourishing for the body and the...

Thankfully our friendly waiter made a horrible entrance better with brunch today!*

When my mom and I arrived we saw a few places available to sit, however we respected the sign that mentions to please wait to be seated. However you'll expect when 3 waiters walking past you, for 1 to at least acknowledge you or say I'll be right with you...but no!! I guess the black lady with the huge bun or her head was also to busy fighting with the other waitress and using the Lord's name in vain to even see me the second time looking straight at me and if I didn't get out of her way she would've bumped into me. No apology...Even with that, she still didn't acknowledge us...but also thank goodness for that as we wouldn't want a waitress with such a bad attitude. There was also a lot of bickering back and forth between staff members and you could feel the tension. We didn't complain about any of it but this is not a good look and not what I'm used to with this place as it's one of...

A beautiful and cute little bakery/restaurant on the main road in Harties. Very good service from our waitress, Refilwe, who looked after us and tended to our every need. We had the chilli cheese breadstick as a snack before our mains, of which was out of this world. Chilies were on point and have to say it was probably one of the best breadsticks I have ever eaten. For mains we had the butter chicken pasta(not terrible, but not that great), Cuban sandwich which was very tasty, but the highlight was the bacon and honey chilli pizza(really hit the spot and would highly recommend!) Food on point, service in point, and easy enough to find, will definitely be adding this restaurant to my regulars when in Harties. Actually planned to return the next day to try out other dishes on the menu. Overall great experience!
