Panarottis I'langa Mall — Restaurant in Mbombela

I was at panarottis ilanga mall with my sisters. On the 1st of July @ around 19H40/or 20H00 one of the managers(Auden) on duty gave us a very bad attitude and lied to us.

What happened was that, we requested to move tables because of space and temperature.Our waitress(Zodwa) assisted us with kindness from when we got there. We moved to a table which was closer to the heater, the heater was off so we requested them to switch it on and they said that they are still filling the Gass. When the Gass came and the heater was on, the manager moved the heater to a place where it was even a hazard because it was not in a safe position. But that is not the point, when we asked him why he moved it he said that , don't worry the heat will reach to where you are seated. When the heat was not getting to our table we called him back and he told us that the other people asked for the heater. We went to get pizza tonight. We ordered the Margarita special (R 99,99) and the SAUCY MEAT SUPREME (R 134,90). You would expect the bill to be R 234,89 as I did.

Once we got to the resturants to collect our order the guy at the front seemed to be hiding the receipt that our order was on. He just typed an amount of R 254,89 into the card machine. I was not the person typing the pin into the machine so I didn't see the amount. On the way out I looked at the slip and saw we were overcharged. I know it is only R 20,00 but it's the principle of the whole matter. I dont think the guy made a mistake because my girlfriend heard him say R 254,89 before continuing with the transaction. He also crumpled up and threw away the receipt before we had even finished paying for the pizza's.

Just a bit of a warning to all the people going to Panarottis Nelspruit. Look at your slips before paying. Also expected better from...

Updating my review 6 years later: recently visited Panarottis after 2 years and still impressed with the quality & options of food. The spinach & ricotta lasagna was great, the pizza too! And great dessert options like waffles and warm choc pudding. Lots of egg-free desserts. Seems like they have renovated it and the new design is beautiful.
