PAPPAS KITCHEN — Restaurant in Mbombela

Had what was probably the best pizza in my whole life here. The services was fantastic and the staff super helpful and friendly. Allowed my kids to have their Meals bought from another restuarant while myself and my wife opted to dine in at Pappa's Kitchen. Loved the fact they have 3 sizes of pizza to choose from which meant we could choose that which was optimal for our needs pricing was relevant and priced well according to other pizza franchises. Cold drinks where a tad expensive at R25 a can but all in all pricing was worth every cent once we received the meals. From order to point of being served was not more than 15min if that much our server served us with compassion, friendliness and a full smile and very knowledgeable on the menu and what is favorite items on the menu as a first time Patron at Pappa's kitchen. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! Went there because of good reviews - what a mistake! We order two pizzaz and two pastas and waited 1h20 min !!!!!!!! We only got our food after we stood up and said we ate leaving!!! Bad bad bad customer service. There wasn't even a lot of people we got there. The take-away orders kept piling out. Three other tables left because of this. The people who came in about 10min after us got their three pizzas 15min before us !?!? HOW DOES...

Food standard is fine. Chicken shwarma the best. Really really good. We ordered take way over the phone the other day, as we were in a slight rush.
