Extremely poor service. The waiters all seem to be on vacation and it took 20 minutes for one of the 5 waiters who ignored us and served the rest of the less than half full restaurant (6 total tables of people) before I had to call twice just to get noticed by someone who seemed annoyed when asked if we can make an order.

When we finally managed to order drinks it took them nearly just as long to eventually bring the drinks, and after being ignored for another 20 minutes we had to get up and order another drink because no waiter came. This took another 20 minutes for us to get that drink. Really really slow service for an empty restaurant.

I have eaten here many times, but after not being in Nelspruit for a year and coming back to this, it is sad to see the place...

I was at the Crossings Mugg n Bean today (Monday) and for some reason the service was not as good as the service I received at the Riverside Mugg and Bean. I was there today between 11 & 13 and was offered a refill only 2 times. I'm not sure if it's because I was alone and took a book with me, I will need to visit again to be sure, but at Riverside I didn't need to ask, when my (bottomless) drink was finished, the waitress brought another.
