Your friendly and accommodating service made all the difference. After trying for three weeks to order a cake from Milky Lane Illanga without success, I was told by the manager there that they couldn't help me in time. Feeling disheartened, I reached out to Milky Lane Crossings.

From the moment they answered the phone, Nokuthula and Bonny went above and beyond. They welcomed me to visit and see how they could assist, even though they typically need 48 hours' notice. Despite the short time frame, they worked tirelessly to accommodate my request, and their exceptional service truly stood out.

Not only did they help me with my order, but the ice cream cake they created was absolutely beautiful and delicious! It exceeded all my expectations and was the highlight of the celebration.

The photos I have of this place are a bit old, but one thing has stayed consistent over the years, the excellent service. The staff is always friendly, fast, and efficient, which makes every visit a pleasure.

I absolutely love their ice cream drenched in chocolate, it’s rich, creamy, and indulgent in the best way. Their waffles with Oreos are also a must-try: warm, soft, and generously topped.

The decor has that classic 90s American ice cream shop vibe, which adds a nostalgic and fun touch to the whole experience. It’s one of those places you always want to come back to, whether for a treat or just to enjoy the great atmosphere....
