I was really not happy to wait 30 minutes for an order of wings which wasn’t prepared , even though I went through the drive through & was happy to wait the 15 minutes I normally accept. This was treated like it’s not a problem. No responsibility taken, no solutions given. This was terrible for a store I normally visit, because it’s close to where I live. This was terrible.
