Steers — Restaurant in Midstream Estate

Very bad service. Extremely rude and unprofessional stuff, something needs to be do very quickly. They take forever to hand over the food to ubereats drivers when the food has been long ready and on the counter. When you ask them to assist they tell you they are busy with a very bad attitude. The disrespect is just on another level. Ubereats customers are not prioritize as though they did not pay for the food. The driver picking up the food on behalf of the customer under ubereats should be treated as important as a customer, afterall they paid for the food. If they don't want to be dealing with ubereats they should just close the app and hand over the machines. What's the point of keeping it and then make your customers wait for the food that is long ready and probably getting cold on the counter. They need to learn to manage the place better, and have atleast one person dealing with takeaways. The attitude towards the ubereats drivers is just terrible. We waited for over 30 minutes for our order which we were told would be 15 min due to the preparation of the chicken i ordered. However, When we enquired why it was now taking double the time we were told to wait longer as they ran out of hamburger patties - this after other patrons after us received their orders well before us ! To add insult to injury on my return I did not get a chicken meal but just the chicken with no chips, the chips that came with the burger was cold and by now greasy - I will definitely not support this...

Im not happy at all the is this lady i think is supervisor or manager her bad moral is not acceptable as for me representing guys who do delivery on friday most supervisor tell the staff to switch off uber eats and mr D mechine cos she said need to save..... they custome first as for us we are representing the same customes who dont like to come at the shop .i think management from steers you can do your own research about your supervisors moral i thank you in advance myb will we get great service from steers...
