Mugg & Bean — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

I always try to continue loving a place especially if I've loved them when they first opened. This is the case with Mugg & Bean...but they're really making it difficult to do so.

For years now, I've feel that the quality of food has dropped in general and so has the standard of service in several branches. Where in the past, Mugg & Bean would be my go - to place for quick good food, it's now my lesser-of-two-evils place when options are limited.

South Africa, in general, is sadly lacking in customer service and satisfaction so I'm not sure if this review will galvanize anyone into action to once more raise standards at Mugg & Bean but oh, how I wish it would.

I also noticed the "more, more" is now less but the prices have gone up...generosity is relative.

The service here is just bad, my food took a very long time to come and when it finally did, the waiter just put it on the table and left like she's giving food to an animal, then she was gone forever, never bothered to check on me, I wanted to order the delicious cakes but I couldn't because she was no where to be found and the shop was not even full. She never even bothered to clean my table, I don't know why our black sisters like treating fellow sisters like this with a disgusting service and attitude. Honestly this kind of service depressed me, I left there depressed. Will definitely not be coming...
