Think twice before you buy. This was the most awful Pizza that you can imagine. As you will see on the brochure the filling was supposed to be Ham, Spare Rib, Onion, etc. You will also see the real Pizza has a few small pieces of possibly ham on and some sauce. No spare rib or anything else. The second layer was basically bare and not even properly done.

The worst pizza(large cram-decker) I ordered at Debonairs Cradlestone today, they first submitted the wrong order and secondly the pizza I ordered wasn’t according to the standard. The manager/ whoever is in charge didn’t seem to care. I’m never going there ever again…

I had the worst service from debonairs Cradlestone as I always order from them. My delivery arrived 1 hour 45 minutes late after I was told it was only gonna take 45 minutes. I had to call the store and the driver who had to deliver at my place had the audacity to lie and say I didn't answer my call when he was at the gate.

The other thing, cram decker is dry and the crust is burnt. I'm very disappointed at this store as I have never experienced...

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order got to the pick up and I was charged for extra cheese which I did not ask for. Lady continued to argue saying she is not paying R40 out of her pocket. BUT I DID NOT ASK FOR IT!!! Manager Levi is extremely rude. Someone get back to me on this. Pizzas were very disappointing and looks to me I did not even get the extra cheese, I then landed up paying for. ...

The staff there can be arrogant and ignorant at times. It takes a while for the cashiers to acknowledge that you wanna order. I got a wrong order, had to wait 30 minutes for the correct-which came about 20 minutes later. Upon delivery, BOOM! THE PIZZA WAS NOT EVEN CUT! ALL IN ALL, I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD HAVE DINNER? I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE COOKED A DECENT...
