The Brew Monkey — Restaurant in Moses Kotane Local Municipality

This is probably the worst service I have experienced in my lifetime. We arrived there for a nice afternoon lunch and not one person attended to us. My partner eventually had to walk to the bar to order drinks. The drinks were then not even brought to our table. We had to collect it ourselves. Staff was very unfriendly and when we asked if someone could help us to order food - it was a simple “we are short staffed”. We waited forever for our bill and we eventually had to walk to the bar to ask to pay. I am absolutely disgusted at how we were treated. The Brew Monkey at Time Sqaure Casino is Pathetic!

Nobody to greet us at the door on arrival.

Had to go get a waiter to assist us to take our drinks order.

Ordered drinks from a waiter, waited 20 minutes to get flat beer.

We wanted to order food, but rather got the bill and left. As we did not want to take a chance as we waited ridiculous long for 2 beers.

The staff and management sucks and needs serious training, and need to up their game and customer skills, especially in a venue like Sun International Casino.

And the sad thing is, it was not...

It's Wednesday, 14th September 2022. The Valley of waves is not busy and Brew Money even less so. The service is non-existent. I'm standing in the queue with one person serving. Staff seem uninterested with a don't care attitude to customer service. They seem unperturbed as people look absolutely irritated at the speed and lack of service. Don't come here hungry. Rather eat at the restaurants in the entertainment centre. Pity because the weather is great and nice view to sit...
