Today we decided to go to Tea in 23 for a quick catch up over lunch. As we stepped into Tea on 23, we are greeted by a lush garden oasis. The outdoor seating area is dotted with quaint wooden tables and metal tables each surrounded by blooming flowers and greenery. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a serene ambiance. The decor strikes a balance between rustic and elegant. Wooden beams crisscross overhead, supporting a canopy of climbing vines. Vintage lanterns hang from tree branches, must surely cast a warm glow in the evening. The interior features a cozy tearoom with antique teapots and books galore, lining the shelves. Delicate china cups and saucers await guests, adding a touch of nostalgia to the experience. We had the butternut soup paired with a toasted cheese sandwich made from home-baked bread, it’s a winning combination! The personal touch of having the chef serve it to your table adds to the experience. For dessert, we ndulged in their superb apple pie, generously studded with pecan nuts. A symphony of flavours perfectly combined to bring back memories of my grandmother's baking. To complete our delightful experience Rob kindly gifted me a few peacock feathers. These are usually shed from the resident peacocks, roaming around the garden adding to the whimsical spitit...

All our guests commented positively on the food and venue which contributed to making this a thoroughly...

But other than that- it is quite a decent and reasonable spot.
P:S: there is no alcohol on the menu as it is next to a mosque and creche. Also...
