From the moment I walked in the door, I had a bad feeling. The restaurant was booming for a Saturday at noon which is expected at this time of the day.
For my group of 3, we had been allocated an unsupervised waiter who had taken our orders verbally, we had quite alot to order so I had assumed that the only thing to do was to write it down so that nothing was mixed up, on repeating the order we had realised that the waiter was still a trainee as our order had been messed up when repeated.
We waited a long time for our food. I wasnât sure why as this was peak hour so they should have inplemented some form of control to ensure all customers needs are taken care of. I wanted to leave, but I was also famished. And I was worried that going meant starting our wait over again at another restaurant.
The meal they gave me wasnât what I ordered and had been messed up for a second time, as was my friends orders. They also charged for extra for the food i did not consume, this was then corrected once we got to the cashier and spoke to the manager. He had also said he would be in contact later that day, i havent received a response as yet.

   Read moreOh my word!!! I am in HEAVEN!!! I ordered a 1/4 chicken with veg and hake with chips because I thought the portions would be quite small...boy oh boy was I surprised when my food arrived! I ordered through the Mr D app and was so surprised when I saw how neatly they packed my order. And the portions are HUGE so I will taste a bit of heaven again tomorrow because I have so much left overs. I'm sorry to say, but the restaurants that specialize in seafood dishes can go and take a hike. This was THE BEST piece of hake that I've ever had in my life! So fresh and flaky and juicy! The sauce is to die for!! And the chicken was cooked to perfection! It felt like I was back in Mozambique again! And the vegetables was out of this world!!! If I could I would just order a plate of veggies! What an incredible, tasty mixture of green beans, chickpeas, brinjal, onion, carrot and baby marrow. WOW!! I salute this restaurant! And the best of all was the price - I got all of this for less than R200! Worth every cent! You'll definitely get my order again next week!! Well done to you all and compliments to the chef!    Read moreTo whom it may concern, we made a reservation to have my daughters 21st dinner , we came in and had lunch on Sunday the 5/11 and personally discussed with Jason. He said not too worry he will have everything organized for us. On arrival on Monday evening 06/11, table was in the middle of the restaurant , not as arranged , he then apologised blaming another individual. On sorting this out the entire evening was a mess with the waitron, our drinks were mixed up, starters came with hair in, we returned to the kitchen. Then on ordering the meals were delayed , and one meal again was taken incorrectly and returned to the kitchen. No courtesy arrival given to us, neither any compensation given to us for all the mistakes and issues. For the 3/4 hours we were there the manager did not come once to the table and apologise or take responsibility. When we departed i spoke to Jason the Manager and advised him we will not come back to the restaurant , his arrogant attitude he said IT IS NO PROBLEM.
