This Pedros is the worst ever. If you come anytime after 17:30. They tell you that they don’t have serviettes, mocktails, rissoles, burgers or wraps. Only just chicken. They don’t want to work after 17:30. The other time I was here, they said that there were no serviettes because the lady was lazy to go get them from the back. Another client insisted that they aren’t leaving without them and the serviettes miraculously appeared from the back. More times after that I’ve come to buy and they said only just chicken, nothing else. They also don’t allow dine ins with plates after 5:30PM because they are too lazy to wash the dishes. They say that they only do takeaways and that you can get your food in a takeaway bag and sit and eat. Today was honestly the final straw for me. I was served by a lady named Sthe. I asked for a mock tail and she said that there’s no ice and they can’t make mocktails. I asked for a wrap, and she said that there are no wraps and burgers. I asked her why and I didn’t get a proper response, she was very dismissive and wanted to quickly go on to the next customer. Very unprofessional.

Last thing, they always clean in the presence of customers. We are always asked to constantly move from table to table and are not allowed to sit in certain areas of the restaurant after 17:30.
