Actually I rate this place zero stars and even less. Today I had an absolutely terrible experience there. After a long 2 hour drive we were passing pmb and a friend referred us to willowton palace. We placed the order and the manageress told us 25 - 30min wait. We waited 1 hour and there was no sign of even a soup starter which we ordered. They were not even busy in the restaurant itself. We were not offered any explanation and just ignored when trying to enquire about our order. From what I noticed the place is run extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. We literally saw a worker heating up a sandwich then shoving her fingers into the centre to feel if it's hot enough. That too was an absolute turn off.
