Dear Steers Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your Brookside mall restaurant on 5 September 2024 @16h30. While I have always been a fan of Steers, my experience this time was subpar.
I placed my order and paid for 2 Large Bar one shakes, I was in a hurry and to save time i went into the Pep to buy something else, was back in less then 8 min, the order wasn't even started yet, when i questioned the same lady that took my order, she started preparing the order with attitude. Hardly any flavour and obviosly to much milk added as it was runny like a super M flavour milk. It could have eadily been mistaken for a vanilla milk. When I asked to speak to the manager once again he took forever to come to the front of the store. I left eventualy, informing them i will place this review.
I had expected a higher level of service and product standard from Steers, especially considering the high standards you usually uphold. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
