Falcon Rock Spur — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

THE SERVICE: •Thuso (the waitress will understand this 2 star rating...) was arrogant and noticeably impatient. •I found her to be obnoxious, even after talking to her directly. Her attitude was not professional at all, random distasteful jokes and her satire created a negative experience repeatedly •It was until I mentioned "Online Reviews" that her attitude/behaviour was slightly bearable.

THE FOOD: •Starting off with Drinks: I waited eternities for my Welcoming drinks, and when they finally got served, I had no glass to drink from. My waitress told me if I want to drink my Lipton Ice Tea from a glass, I must tell her and stop assuming that Can drinks are automatically served by glasses 🥛. •"Spur doesn't give you glasses for canned drinks, you have to explicitly tell me to bring it for you..." She added. •I Found the chicken wings overcooked and too blend.😒 •Please pay attention to how you thaw your wings. The only reason I'm giving Food 3 star is because the Manager was REMORSEFUL enough to EXCHANGE our ribs for fresher and juicier ones(ribs).

Cme in was not welcomed,but the waiter continued moping the other welcomed white people,sat for 20min and got myself my manues from the system It's been 40min now and I'm still still not even a waiter cme to my table but the others that cme after me already had their orders taken n others paid the bill n left I'm not happy at allI saw this spur pizza adevert on fb and decided to go to spur Savanah,must I say I ddnt enjoy brunch with my son,I wasn't. Attended to ,I had to get myself manues the waiter wer just passing me,after complaining on Google n waiving to their waiters thts wen my son order was taken n the waiters wer arguing on who must ring the order without introduction waiter cme to my table n soon after the manager at tht point as the first time at Spur I was fuming n disappointed even when Myson was crying for the games wen we left he was enjoying but heii nobody apolized still had to go WORST EXPERIENCE EVER left...

Spur always serve great tasting Ribs and wings. Had their Steak, Ribs, chop and chicken combo. The steak was well overdone. Even hard to cut with a knife. For such a thin piece, cooking it to an allowable state shouldn't be so difficult. The chop was very small. Nothing to even write about there. The ribs and chicken were good.

The dessert was so bad for the price tag. "Vanilla custard and banana" what what. The bananas were brown, the custard didn't even taste anything like custard and the biscuits in there? Really? They could've just used tennis biscuit... Wil never have it again and I advice against it at all cost. Rather opt for ice cream.

The service was okay. Waited for the waiter for such a long time between the meals and the bill. Well it's Spur. Same...
