COFI - Savannah Mall — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

Was my first time at Cofi in Polokwane - Savannah Mall today. From my own observation, the service was totally, I had Chicken Livers and Bread......Oh man the sauce, super delicious. However, I felt the portion was really small for the prize !!!!! I would also like to believe that the management can do better in terms of keeping the area clean, especially under the couches where customers can clearly see. Cofi can also do better with the restrooms (cleaning and keeping the air-freshener in there). All in all I loved Cofi and I can definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Above all complements to the Chef who was on duty on 19/07/2016 at 13hrs (Lunch time), I am definitely coming back...

The service was terrible, the waiters spend most of their time waiting by the door and they got most of the orders wrong. We had to call them to fetch the plates from the table because they never came to check on us. Customers who are regulars and known get more attention. There’s also a lot of favoritism with regards to seats. The waiter never introduced themself to us and we had to stand up and go pay by the door because no one was paying attention to us. The vibe here is quite great and they play good music too. Put on your best outfit and have fun at this place. I'm editing my review from 5 🌟 to 3 🌟 based on my latest visit.
