They provide company in the form of bugs. Those big cockroach type ones (I think they're called parktown prawns) and according to the nonchalant manager Jonathan they "fell from the ceiling". Also if a mistake happens with an order or waiter on many occasions I find that the manager will make excuses rather than apologise or accept the mistake. Latest experience, I ordered a carribean mocha and received a hot chocolate, when I mentioned it he (Jonathan) took the hot chocolate to the back and returned it with coconut favouring saying it was now a carribean mocha. Very Insulting. (I even have pics to show, it was returned minus the two sips I drank and dark as hot chocolate) not a branch we intend visiting anymore, especially after having A cockroach practice his crawling skills on the...

Mugg & bean was always a great place to go. Always held high appreciation for it. After today's horrible experience, I will not go to this mugg & bean at savanna ever again.

The food was good, the problem was that it was cold. Which makes me believe it was our waiter. He never checked up on us and when we tried to flag down any waiter they didn’t want to come assist us. When someone other than our waiter came to assist, he wasn’t very happy when we asked to heat up our food. I’m assuming the guy in the blue shirt is the manager, he saw us waiving and made some kind of gesture that we don’t know what it meant.
