McDonald's BP South — Restaurant in Randpark Ridge

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I come here EVERY Monday and EVERY Friday without fail. You'd think being a loyal, routine customer would count for something, but apparently, it just makes me a consistent victim of the saddest excuse for a side dish in fast food history. ​Let me be unapologetically clear: Your fries are perpetually stale, stone-cold, and taste like they were cooked during the previous business day. ​It is an achievement in consistency how reliably terrible they are. They are not a little cold; they are stiff, flavorless sticks of regret that are limp with old grease. It’s clearly not a rush-hour issue, it is a you don't care issue. ​How hard is it to drop fresh potatoes in a fryer? For a company that built its empire on the humble fry, this is a betrayal of the highest order. Stop serving me leftovers and start serving food that was actually cooked within the last hour. I would like to take a moment to commend Tryphena for the outstanding service I received during my visit to McDonald’s BP South. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly stood out and made my experience memorable.

Not only was she efficient in handling my order, but she went above and beyond by assisting me in placing my food in my car. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Tryphena exemplifies the qualities of someone who truly cares about the customers she serves.

I placed an order for 2 Buy one get one free burger deals (making it 4 burgers) via UberEats. The driver, was only given 2 burgers by this MCDonalds.

Since it wasn’t the driver’s fault I called McDonalds to claim the remaining 2 burgers. They said they’d wait for a driver to come around so that he can deliver my burgers.

36 minutes later, no delivery. I called in to follow up and they told me they’re waiting specifically for the initial driver because other riders will charge!!! Really?? What if he’s called it a day???

To top it all off, they drop the call on me when I was following up and then ignored my 4 other subsequent calls.
