Disclaimer: this is an account of my experience and is not necessarily a representation of how wimpy as an overall company are. My experience on the 23rd of December 2022. I arrived at this wimpy hungry (as one does) and was directed to a table. I took a seat and was presented with a menu. No waiter/waitress was allocated to me. I sat there and watched as peopleās orders were being taken. I would understand if the establishment had been full and the staff was overwhelmed but this was not the case. After almost 20 minutes of waiting I notified the party that would later be joining me to no longer come and that we would find an alternate place to eat.
Iām very disappointed in the service Iāve received or rather did not receive upon my visit especially with me being a loyal supporter of wimpy at least in the branches where I donāt sense a racial component to how one gets served and another does not ( Iām not saying it was racial, Iām simply pointing out that the individuals that were being served while I was there happen to be of a specific racial group). This happened to be my experience and itās saddening to have experienced such from a company Iāve loved for many years. Would I recommend that one eats at a wimpy? Yes. Theyāre mostly very good. Would I recommend this wimpy specifically? Absolutely not. Final Note: Iām more disappointed than angry, staff should...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA few weeks ago we went to wimpy Randridge Mall. It took them an hour to bring the food, and they were not busy, the food was cold plus hey didnāt have 2 of our orders ready. The waitress told us they only did half the order and didnāt complete it. The manager was completely unhelpful. He proceeded to lie and tell us that they had been busy making the food and that it took long which was not what the waitress told us. When we told him the food was cold he asked us what h must do about it. I reported it to wimpy but have. It heard anything from them so I assume they donāt care either way. Will never eat at the Randridge wimpy again and we use to go there often

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDreadful service this morning at Wimpy Randridge Mall š” Waiting over 30min for 3 toasted sandwiches and 3 coffees (takeaways) ... only to get to my car to find the one toasted sandwich (egg and bacon), the egg was half cooked and ārunnyā ... took it back ... no apology from the manager who had a serious attitude ... told me he didnāt care if I didnāt come back ... I demanded the owners number (āDeleneā) ... called her and who promised to get back to me and yes, still waiting š”š” I told her I might be one customer who wonāt return ... and as it appears, thereās more than one ... and thatās just today ... see Facebook under Randpark Ridge...
