Really bad service at this location. Definitely don’t waste your time coming to this one. Better off driving further to a busier Kauai. High confusion and poor planning.

My wife ordered a banana nut muffin and they had the wrong muffin under the wrong area in the muffin area.

Then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes while They scrambled before they actually started making our smoothies. Definitely not a fast food health location. If you aren’t in a rush and don’t mind a get it when the staff feel like it attitude then come to this location.

Also didn’t inform of us of this long wait but there was no one else at the location and no Uber orders being fulfilled during this time. Avoid...

Its located in a strange place with little to no parking. If you on foot, different storey. Lack of parking is still understandable but the inability to order on the app for collection is highly frustrating. The app doesn't work for this location. If you try calling in from the number listed on Google and the app, it doesn't even connect. So there's no way to speed up the process. The waiting area is tiny so off-site order, pick up and go is the most convenient and it's not possible. So I always have the Butta Chicken Bowl because of my gluten intolerance and that theres nothing that can make me sick. Today I ordered it just to find out two bited deep someone in the kitchen decided to add crispy onions to my dish. Are you actually kidding/joking right now?
