Good day I would like to express my disappoint on this store Debonairs Pizza Beacon Isle Florida. I placed an order of a large cram decker chicken last week Friday the 5th around about 7pm online . I included every detail on my delivery instruction as well as the contact details of the person who was to be contacted upon delivery. An hour later I got a call from a manager enquiring about the address even though it was on the invoice. Considering that no one informed about the delay I was hoping for an apology but the manager did not show any care .I then asked towards the end of the call whether the order had been dispatched or not ,and she rudely responded NO and informed me that its leaving now .Even though the order later arrived after 8pm with an excellent driver who was good with customer service ,the manager failed to give the driver the contacted added on my order and the driver had to contact me when he was outside and since I was at work i had to contact the person who was at home .Why do we have the instruction option on your app if store managers don't care about them ?Honestly some managers should be taught customer care and self respect .I know Fridays are busy but that shouldn't replace empathy...

They call 50 mn later to ask me where the address was when it was already been given at the point of order. 90 Mn after the order was placed I was annoyed and decided to cancel the order as my wife and I thought we had waited long enough. We had sandwiches instead !! Although I cancelled the order with the manager on duty, the driver eventually turned up 5 mn before 9 pm. Almost 2 hrs, unacceptable !! I felt bad turning him away as I am sure it was not is fault but this was the 3rd time we experienced the same issue with this particular Debonnairs branch. No apologies was provided. Ordered a pizza about an hour ago — called now just to check, only to be told it’ll be another hour and a half. Clearly, they’re redefining the concept of “freshly made” — perhaps they’re planting the wheat and milking the cows as we speak.
What’s disappointing is that they used to be great. Between the call centre confusion and the service delays lately, something’s definitely slipped. I hope they find their old rhythm again, because right now, even the cheese seems to be waiting to melt.
After this Post I wanted to amend from my 1 star to 4 star. The manager did actively listen to my concern and worked with his team to rectify. I still hold great loyalty to this restaurant and really hope they will...
