Less than a star would be suitable. Given a wrong order of meat and a “garlic roll” that was just a roll with a tiny spread of butter. Drove back and returned the food only to be given some attitude from the general staff, manager tried to assist. New order now had a burnt roll which still did not resemble garlic roll.
