Nando's Westgate — Restaurant in Roodepoort

Visited Nando's on the 27th and had a disappointing experience. I wanted to use the table ordering service on the app, but the QR code on the table was missing. Then a lady by the name of Thembi, a staff member, approached our table, I explained that I'd like to order via the app(table ordering) due to the children still deciding on their meals. However, she informed me that I couldn't sit down if I wasn't ordering at the till. Despite my attempts to show her the app, she insisted that we leave the restaurant. At the door, I asked if we could eat inside if we ordered for collection, and she rudely replied that it was either pay at the till or take our food home. Her behavior was rude and vile, and I'm still fuming about it. The fact that the restaurant was empty and we had to eat in the middle of the mall instead of enjoying our meal inside was crap. A sign indicating your seating policy would be appreciated. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I told myself I'll never go back to this branch but I recently went to the Florida branch and the service was amazing- I asked if I could eat outside(because I assumed what Thembi said was company policy)and the lady said I could sit inside because it's very cold outside and I won't enjoy my food in the cold. How can I rate a place with no star. I am so gonna make sure that people I know never buy from this restaurant ever again. I know the rules and regulations whatever but if I am not supposed to sit where its prohibited you should come to me politely and explain I am seating where I am not supposed to. Absolutely terrible. Staff's attitude was appalling, the whole place smelled a bit fishy (NOT something you want to be smelling in a chicken restaurant) and the food looked like a dog's breakfast. Thankfully it tasted better than it looked, but I ordered a Pita and it was done so poorly that it resembled sludge when I got to eat it.
