Roman's Pizza Cosmo City — Restaurant in Roodepoort

Service was terrible! Placed an order at 18:30 I was told it would arrived after 45mins to an hour and I was cool with that, until it was almost three hours later. I tried calling the restuarant and luckily the lady that I was dealing with by the name, "Beauty" was helpful. The drivers phone had been off for almost two hours and even beauty couldn't get a hold of him. Had to drop by the restaurant and I was given two pizza pies to compensate me. Otherwise I wouldn't order from there again, I'd rather go with the Roman's pizza...

The service very bad ...the cashier was mopping outside as we walked in and there was a gentle man sitting adjacent to her .She abandoned mopping and came to assist me as I was trying to get some few explanations or suggestions from her ,she seemed unhappy or unwilling to assist and a heavy tone was used I decided to just grab what ever she went back to mop and as soon as the order came she went straight to collect my order and without washing hands .Hygiene wa s compromised how ever it really left a second opinion about...

You guys billed me twice, not happy about that. My 1st card said it declined but still went through, then used my other card then it went through successfully. Sorting out it with my bank, and I hate all the administration and follow ups behind that, so not worth it. Can't you guys reverse it from your side?...
