Steers — Restaurant in Roodepoort

I've already reviewed that this is among the worst steers on another profile but I just have to write another review expressing just how DISAPPOINTING this steers truly are, my last review was about how they not only got my address wrong but they somehow managed to do that from me ordering online using a steers profile where all they have to do is look at my address and basically copy and paste, thank goodness their driver is smarter than whoever it is that receives orders because they actually confirmed the address because the person who literally just had to look at the screen couldn't, I would recommend ordering from another other steers other than here because frankly it's clear they don't learn from their mistakes and will forever keep making the same one

So sick and tired of bad customer service the year, one place after another, it's like they just stopped caring about customers, waiting 2 hours for food and then getting bad attitudes from employees that tell you oh sorry we are busy, nowhere does it say you have to wait two hours, and as expected my food arrived cold, eventually people will get tired of bad service and they will stop supporting you then people want to cry about being unemployed, there is thousands of unemployed people in SA that will give anything to have a job but then you get such rude and unprofessional employees that have jobs, two nights in a row I have experienced this, did not think steers will be same, I am extremely unhappy and will also not support honeydew steers again. I normally order from steers once or twice a week of which all along it was perfect their meals were freshly made but recently for the past 3 weeks I'm getting horrible meals. 1 quarter chicken which was hard as a rock- returned it and got another meal. 2.quarter leg which i ordered it with lemon and herb sauce and it came dry like a dessert. called them multiple times a case was opened but nothing was done. Gave them a final chance as it became a habit to order from them. ordered big Mjojo with chips only to get dry old & hard chips again. Called the store but they never pick up. The call Centre agents don't even assist. I'm so disappointed and have removed you from takeaway lunch...
