Fishaways Blueberry Square — Restaurant in Roodepoort

Terrible! I ordered food for delivery (they are 2km away from me). Order was accepted and over an hour and a half later and I haven't received my delivery. No answer on the stores phone number and call center can only tell me they have contacted the store and asked them to contact me (this was at the hour mark) I heard nothing.

I want a refund for my order I never received but it's impossible to speak to...

Very disappointed with my experience at Fishaways Blueberry. I waited inside the store for almost 10 minutes and there wasn’t a single staff member in sight. It really felt unattended and gave a poor impression of the service and standards. If this is how the branch is run, it’s difficult to feel confident about ordering seafood here.
