Went to redeem a Absa R50 voucher on 17/01/2025.Give my order to manager on duty a R39 burger and a plain cone.Only received the burger and when I enquire about my cone I was informed that I could get the Cone only the next day because there will be a balance of R10 on my voucher.I inform him(No name badge) that the voucher shows that it's redeem and that there is no credit on the voucher.So I lost out on my R10 .R10 is little but still it's something that I was entitled to through my voucher.I had have previous flaws at this venue to the extend that the managers wanted the cashier to pay in on my order that was wrong Infront of me.I asked her that day are the cashier going to pay in and she said yes so I asked not to do that I will pay in the extra money due on my order.The outcome was then that I will get a free cone on my next visit...a no no for me.Why should I make a scene and not being given the Cone today .Ps our security got a free meal tonight because my appetite was totally spoiled.I have asked for a slip to no avail that's why I could not get any names.Communication mishap perhaps but what happened to rehearsing the order again to the customer to verify if...

Cold food! Rude manager- missing items!! 26 March 2024! I ordered a long steer combo and a cheeseburger medium chips and coke. When I got back to my apartment there was no second coke and the burgers were ice cold as if they had been standing for a while. When called to complain they told me the food was freshly made and that I could come by and collect another coke. I was already at my apartment I am just visiting here so I don’t have time to come by any time as I fly back tomorrow. I asked the guy to bring me fresh burgers and my coke. Or refund my money. He told me they do not deliver and he apologises. This is not a deliver it’s to rectify there mistake! I find this non service inexcusable and want...

Although there are things I can complain about, like the fact that they advertised with much fanfare when they launched that they are 24h open (which changed very shortly after), and the fact that they are at the end of the day based in a shipping container, the last few times during the last couple of months service has been much improved since a year ago (it was pretty bad at one point). Food has been good and prepared quickly both inside and in the drive thru. Keep it up and keep getting better and you will do...
