Roman's Pizza Stellenbosch CBD — Restaurant in Stellenbosch Local Municipality

Food ain't bad.. Service is lacking. Went there 3 times and all 3 times my orders where wrong and had to wait an extra 15 min by which time the other pizza was almost cold - REVIEW - So this week i was contacted by not only the Romans H/O to apologize for the inconvenience, but most importantly i was phoned by the owner from his personal line to apologize and set matters right. its easy to get the staff to phone a client and apologize, but when the owner phones it means he cares about his business and clientele. Looking forward to future orders from Romans Pizza Stellenbosch CBD....

I called the first time place an order ..the lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) spoke in a way of not being in the mood to speak!....my order came wrong to me..mi called again Nd they said they will send driver to me again (knowing I'm staying in cloetesville at 20:30 Nd how dangerous it is this side at night)..I've waited Nd waited..Nd my order came to me ice ice cold!!!!I think this is my last time ordering from romans...

If you don't enjoy Ur job...resign!!there's many people out here...

In the past I used to order your gluten-free pizza base, and it was truly the best GF base I have found - but I ordered now, and it truly the worst I have ever had. Tastes like cardboard.. I am utterly disappointed that it has changed. Such a bad decision to have ordered it on my takeout night.
