Subject: Unsatisfactory Service at KFC Thornton
Dear KFC Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Thornton location. Specifically, I would like to address the behavior of the manager, Elton.
On multiple occasions, I have encountered issues with my purchases at this location. When I raised these concerns with Elton, he responded in a rude and dismissive manner. His refusal to acknowledge or address my complaints was extremely unprofessional.
Recently, I encountered the same problems again. Despite my previous complaints, the issues persisted. Elton attempted to shift blame onto his staff, which is unacceptable. The floor staff I've interacted with have consistently provided good service. The manager's behavior is a poor reflection on KFC's standards.
I believe that KFC needs to ensure their managers are adequately trained in customer service. The level of service I have experienced at this Thornton location is far below the standards I expect from a reputable brand.

Their first week of opening they offered impeccable service with fresh food and fast service, however that standard was not kept for very long. 2 weeks ago I sent a complaint through as I received horrible service, after being asked to wait infront of the store for 5 minutes, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before entering the outlet to find out why my meal was taking so long. When entering, another customer was complaining as he'd also been waiting for 30 minutes. The manager on duty stared at us blankly as if she did not understand what was being said. To make it worse, my meal was waiting with a bunch of other orders and was ice old when I received it. I was sent an email from customer care asking for details about my order and since then (29/03/2022), I have not received any feedback whatsoever. Read moreI live in Thornton and I have been understanding regarding the bad service, sadly tonight I was hungry after going through the drive tru only to come home with the wrong other, the lady was so impatient , there was no cars behind me, no queue inside yet the service was bad, on-top when giving my food she might as well have thrown it ..got home and my order was incorrect, next time I will make a video and post this unsavoury treatment from your staff, I also should not get home and then having to check my order ..whats the point in paying for something you never requested, also for the 3 months we have not received our sauce nor spice when ordering a meal, should I start a petition.. I mean I don’t mind driving to Pinelands if ima be respected and get what a paid for with excellent service.....
